Wallet Information

When you connect a blockchain wallet, we may process your public wallet address and information associated with that address.

We do not require access to your private keys or wallet seed phrase and will never ask you to provide them.

Blockchain Information

Blockchain networks are public.

We may collect, process and display publicly available blockchain information including:

  • wallet addresses.
  • transactions.
  • token activity.
  • contribution amounts.
  • smart contract addresses.
  • transaction timestamps; and.
  • other publicly available on-chain information.

Blockchain information may remain publicly available permanently and cannot generally be modified or deleted by ImpactMax.

Information submitted for publication as part of a cause or campaign may become publicly accessible.

This may include campaign descriptions, beneficiary information, locations, supporting material, creator information and blockchain-related information.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information that you do not want made public.

4. Public Blockchain Data

Transactions performed through public blockchain networks are inherently public.

ImpactMax does not control the blockchain and generally cannot delete, modify or conceal information recorded on-chain.

Connecting a wallet may allow public blockchain activity associated with that address to be correlated with your interactions with ImpactMax.

5. Cookies and Analytics

ImpactMax may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies necessary to operate the Platform, remember preferences, maintain sessions and improve functionality.

We may also use privacy-conscious analytics or third-party analytics services to understand how visitors interact with the Platform.

Information recorded on public blockchain networks is outside our control and may remain publicly available indefinitely.

However, no internet service, database, wallet infrastructure or blockchain system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, devices and credentials.

ImpactMax is not intended for children under 18.
